This website is operated on behalf of the Energy Institute HMC-4 Oil Transportation Measurement Committees to provide access to Committee news and documents and to crude oil measurement and property data.

Data is submitted by committee members and others for posting on this site.

Visitors are encouraged to submit any new or corrected data or general information. This will be reviewed and posted in due course to assist others.

The next HMC-4 Committee meeting will be held in Rome in May, hosted by ENI.
